Been playing for a while, tried to register efun account, character gone... Did not bind, save or back up, no idea what I'm supposed to do from this point... Any body have any suggestions?

I can't find any sort of customer support email, FF Awakening is stated on the Square Enix website.
And I'm s**t out of ideas...
Any body else had this issue, and got a resolve?
